Following a sexist joke that has gone viral, Cédric, a young dad, is suspended by his employer. To redeem himself, he goes with the help of his brother Jean-Michel, to question the foundations of his misogyny through the writing of a book. For her part, his wife Nadine, in the grip of depression, decides to shorten her maternity leave. The arrival in their life of a babysitter with a mischievous and captivating charm will turn their lives upside down.
